You have multiple tabs open in Firefox, you open a webpage (or and bookmarked article in getpocket) and want to get a distraction free reading view. The normal approach would be to go full screen, but you will still see the tabs bar/address bar and that is very distracting.
But there is a way you can hide the tabs and address bar when in full screen mode! You can get into that mode by right clicking on any empty space in either the tab or address bar to get a menu which has two items, one is “Hide Toolbar” and the other “Exit Full Screen Mode”. Choose “Hide Toolbar” to hide it, that’s it! Do the same in reverse to enable it again. Unfortunately, I did not see any keyboard shortcut for this. But atleast there is a easy way to get it done.
So now on you can enjoy the distraction free reading experience in your Firefox browser.
